View real-time availability and reservation calendars, and easily make changes or cancellations. VarianX ensures that all parties receive notifications about your bookings via email or text. You can also synchronize your reservations with the Outlook calendar app.

Catering orders

Place online orders, enjoy smooth deliveries, and receive accurate invoices. Even for large catering orders, our system allows restaurants to manage them seamlessly and reliably. Customer-initiated online orders serve as the basis for billing, ensuring accuracy according to the customer’s preferences.

  • Monitoring Space Utilization and Costs: Reports assist in optimizing space usage and cost management. Examples include room occupancy rates at different times, cost distribution across various stakeholders, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Billing Support for Services: Reports facilitate service billing and contract negotiations. They can present service usage across different parties, service pricing, or quality metrics.

Administration

VarianX’s administration is decentralized, allowing different stakeholders to manage their own services and information. Customers include property owners, tenants, suppliers, and visitors, each with varying access rights and roles.

Varian’s super-administrators, who are experts from Vilane Oy, oversee the technical functionality and development of the service. Vilane’s experts also support local administration.
